Inventory and damage

Please treat all furnishings and appliances with care.

Used dishes must be cleaned and returned to the cupboards dry.

If any damage occurs, please inform us immediately.

Don't worry: minor mishaps (e.g., broken glasses) do not usually have to be replaced.

Noise and quiet hours

Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep the volume—including music and TV—at a reasonable level.

General quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome for short stays.

Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted and will not be accepted. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in advance so that we can adjust our preparations accordingly.

If the number of guests changes without prior notification, a fee of €50 per person per night may be charged.

Direct cancellations can be made through our team.

The persons arriving at check-in are the registered guests; guest changes are not permitted and are not allowed!

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Please use the designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

Smoking in the apartment will result in a special cleaning fee of EUR 250.00.

Pets

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Unauthorized pets will result in a special cleaning fee of EUR 250.00.

Security and valuables

When leaving the apartment, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked and all electrical appliances are switched off.

We accept no liability for lost valuables.

Waste disposal

Please separate household waste into the bins provided in the apartment.

Full garbage bags should be disposed of in the outdoor containers in front of the building.

Cleaning

Final cleaning will be carried out by our professional service after your departure.

However, please remove any coarse dirt and leave the apartment swept clean when you leave.

Keys

You will receive two house keys from us.

Please handle them with care and report any loss immediately.

A fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for lost keys. If a security-relevant lock, such as a front door lock, is lost, the entire lock must be replaced and the costs for this must be covered.
