Cancellation Policy

(1) Definitions

“Arrival” means the check-in date stated in your booking confirmation. “Days” are calendar days; the property’s local time applies. “No-show” means failure to check in on the arrival day without prior notice.

(2) Deadlines & Fees

Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge (0%). From 29 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking price applies. Example: Total price €5,400 → cancellation 10 days before arrival = 100% cancellation fee = €5,400.

(3) How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to mail@loftigo.de. The effective time of cancellation is the time of receipt in our inbox (timestamp of our mail server).

(4) Set-off & Refunds

Any prepayments already made will be set off against the cancellation fee. If, after set-off, a balance is due to you, we will refund it within 10 banking days to the original means of payment. Bank or processing fees and currency differences are borne by the guest.

(5) Early Departure / Partial Cancellation

Unused nights after check-in are treated as a cancellation within 0–13 days before arrival. For such nights, 100% of the price for the remaining services will be charged.

(6) Rebooking & Replacement Guest (Goodwill)

Rebooking and replacement guests are possible on a goodwill basis and subject to availability. If we are able to resell the cancelled nights, we will refund the corresponding proportion of the cancellation fee, less reasonable costs.

(7) Special Rates

Special offers, in particular “non-refundable” or saver rates, may be subject to deviating cancellation terms; such special terms take precedence over this cancellation policy.

(8) Force Majeure

Statutory rights in cases of force majeure remain unaffected. In the event of officially recognized circumstances beyond the control of both parties (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, official travel restrictions), we will, on a fair-use basis, consider rebooking or issuing a credit.

(9) Governing Law

This cancellation policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions at your place of residence remain unaffected.
